There is an area to select different signals. I'll try and select one of the below and see if that works. Thanks.

On on the players the signal selection is for example 1080/50 or 1080/60. Is there a difference

Hi I have a Bravia KDL-40s300 which is 8 years old. I recently bought a honey bear media player and everything worked fine for about a month. Now I keep getting an "out of range"on tv screen.

I can get the player working but when I play the program the screen starts flashing white. When I start player again I get the out of range problem. I have to plug everything out and restart.

Any ideas what going on.

I also have a sky box that works fine.

Hi there

Your TV supports the following input video signals:

As a guess, your media player is trying to connect at 1080p of which your tv does bot support and hence gives an 'out of range' message.

You will need to force the media player to use at most 1080i or 720p instead. There should hopefully be a settings area in your media player to do this.

Cheers
