as you can see product is registerd but wont let me activate hdtv enhanced features and on the web page it says to go to but still no joy

I'm having the exact same problem with my all in one system. I've trawled Google for a solution to no avail; all I've discovered is that this isn't an old problem by any means. Sony need to get their act together.

Hi both

Are you still having this problem? If so, can you try seeing if you can generate a new code via a differnt app - such as the Playstation app, or Album or Link an Account etc?
