50w829 apps missing! TV is no longer smart.

can anybody help.

The app tray on my TV is for some reason empty. I can't load Amazon, now tv , you tube etc....

all settings are up to date, it is connected to the web, I have refreshed Internet content and still the tray is empty. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Switching off and on again doesn't work either.

is this a fault? Do I need to invoke the warranty?

Hi there

The model of your tv - does it end in an A, B or a C?

If you have gone over things and all else fails - do a full factory reset of the tv.

Can you also ensure that you have the latest firmware installed:
