Why cant I order the One-Flick Touchpad TV Remote RMF-TX100E to go with my KD 49X8309C Bravia tv at the moment?

Same here, i've recently taken delivery of a Sony TV which came with the remote yet developed a fault within the first 3 weeks. I've logged a support call and still waiting for a replacement remote. Sony telling me they cannot order a replacement because it's no longer on their 'system'. I have no idea what's going on or when it will become available.
