SONY W8 and display

Hi,

I have a NAS where I have ripped my daughter's DVDs.

And I have other videos there.

I find it extremly difficult to browse the videos as it is.

Is there an option to display the videos by folder?

Hi there

Im assuming your referring to the 2014 W8.

So when you are in the TV's media player and have displayed the folders/files. Press the [Options] button on the remote control and choose 'Folder View'

Once done, press the [Options] button on the remote control again, and choose "Filename A-Z Down arrow"

You can also use a program called Serviio that runs from a PC/Laptop that can display your media content via folders on the TV. This program can also convert your media files to a format that your TV can recognise, if it doesnt recognise it before hand.
