'Unsupported content' message on KD-55X9005A

Hi,

I have some side-by-side 3D MP4 video files in 1080p stored on a USB drive connected to my TV. I can play them via the media player however for some reason during playback there is constantly the message 'Unsupported content' shown in the bottom right of the picture, even though everything about the playback works fine including fast forward etc.

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove this message from screen or prevent it showing up? I have tried the info and return buttons to no avail.
