I had windows xp and reformatted and tried putting XP back on but not it freezes at the start windows normally screen. Wont even go in through safe mode. So I bought a new hard drive and still have the same issue with the new hard drive. I took out 1 of the memnorey sticks and still have same issue so then I tried the other memorey stick with same ending? I have used the air can on the heat sinc as well.
