USB ports stopped recognize mouse pen drives..mouse is razer imperator ..i tried simple mouse cheap and that working..i have pen drive scented and that not connecting enymore..i checked in settings everything..i eaven reintsalled all programs bios drivers, nothing helped..

Hi baanis,

Have you looked in Device Manager for any USB devices that have a yellow warning symbol and a message that either drivers are not installed or the device is not connected?

If there are then, although this is a long shot, try the following:

Shut down, disconnect the power adaptor and remove the battery.

Hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Reconnect the power adaptor and reattach the battery and reboot.

no warnings showing that everything is ok.i will try remove battery maybe that helps. if no i will give for guarantee repair

i tried how u sed ...nothing, looks like i ned warranty repair.thnaks for advise
