Hello!

My vaio vpcf13z1e is about a year old. Since 6 months back, it has only been good for using as a plate.

So I decided to reinstall the computer. I did, and it worked for 1 week - Yes, I've installed ALL drivers and updates.

Today, I'm glad if I can use notepad to type in. Paint is to exhausting for the vaio vpcf13z1e to handle.

I'm running on windows 7 Home premium.

At first, when the laptop wasn't able to be used - I was mad. But now I see. The vaio vpcf13z1e is the best purchase I've ever done!

Now, I don't play any games any longer, I barely touch my computer. Instead I get more time to spend with my family.

So to everyone that actually doesn't want a computer, and just wants to spend time with the family: buy vaio vpcf13z1e.

It was not obvious you were looking for an answer. We are users like yourself and it sounds like you need professional advice.

I presume your Vaio is still within warranty. If I were you, I would reinstall the original Sony Operating System and see if that fixes it. Just in case you did not reinstall everything .....?

If not, contact Vaio Support for a way forward.
