Vaio care run time error - please help!

Hi!

Looking forward to join this community!

But I have a serious problem, when I am clicking on Vaio care from gate, i get the error message:

"Vaio care has experienced an error, please restart application"

And reason i must go from vaio gate, i search the pc for vaio care and vaio recovery tool, but its gone from pc. dunno what happend but i get this error everytime.

I have tried to download the vaio care from sony download support site, but when i open it only the windows message that ask for allowence of install program, then nothing happends!

I cant update nothing, since I can not log in to vaio care becuase of the error message.

Maybe Norton 360 is the problem?

when you run the installer try running as an administrator by right clicking and selecting it in the default account.

I am experiencing the same problem. I've spent hours on the sony website trying to find out how to reload vaio care - but to no avail.

I am not using Norton 360 so it seems this is not the problem.

Can anyone else help?
