Hi

I bought my Sony Viao earlier in the year (VPCEC4S0E) and have regularly used photoshop elements (catalog section) I have also used the wizards to correct my photos (red eye etc).

However, I was suprised to be prompted for a licencse key today when I tried to enter the photo editing part of elements.

I've looked through my documentation and cannot find a licence key. Can anyone tell me whether a license key has been supplied with the computer of whether I do infact need to purchase a key. - If I do need to purchase one I think its very poor form from Sony given the purchase price of this Laptop (£800+). Even my old packard bell pc did not require me to purchase an additional key - and that was choc-a-bloc with trial software!

Regards,

Rob
