Have a look at this tutorial: -

If you only have one user registered on the computer and that user is not password protected, Windows will automatically log on to that account at startup.

If you have more than one user registered on the Vaio, you can choose for Windows to log in the account of your choice by removing the check box 'Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer'.
