I had previously backed up my files (including encrypted files) onto an external hard drive. I have managed to reload and open my un-encrypted files but when I try to open encrypted files by using the fingerprint swipe, I am informed that the fingerprint swipe was successful, however it then tells me I am not an authorised user and gives me the option to use a password. When I enter the correct password I am again advised I am not an authorised user!
