Hello! I Just instal windows 10 on my Sony Vaio SVS1311M9RB, and functional buttons not work. and i cant find software on it.

You need to install Vaio Control Center and SFEP driver from here:

it didn't help , install both programs, put the old hard 7 Windows, everything is ok

You need to install Sony Notebook Utilities, too. This package includes Vaio Event Service, which is essential to use the Fn keys.
