Lid problem on Vaio VGN-FS315H

Hi, I've windows vista from March and I'm continuing to have lid problem (if close the lid then after reopen screen remain black) and sony had not released bios update for my model. Why?There is another solution that works?Sony had released some driver for Vista on web page for my model but there isn't bios update. I've problem with battery. the battery finish so early, i think beacause i don't have bios update and when disconnect the power cable, the adaptive screen dosen't work. I've to decrease light by myself.

Sony will not support Vista on your model and there is no BIOS Update.

What driver version do you have installed for your nVidia GeForce Go 6400 graphics? Updating this may cure your problem.

I've installed the driver that I've found here http://support.vaio.sony.ie/downloads/os/vista/upgrade.html

On the support web page there are some vista update for my model, why there are update if sony will not support my model? Where you have saw that sony will not support my model?

I'm sorry matrixfede but nobody seems to know a solution for you.

You could try asking Sony, but I am fairly sure they will not give technical support for Vista on your model.
