Laptop wont turn on

Hi my laptop wont turn on the last time I used it was Saturday. I've tried removing the battery, plugging in the charger but no joy. None of the lights will turn on even if the charger in inserted. Please help!!

Hi there

Try doing a power discharge:

Unplug power cable and take battery out of the laptop
Press and hold power button in for 30 seconds
Add battery/power cable back again, and try turning it back on again.

How frustrating! Someone from the Community may have some ideas for you to try, but if not, I recommend contacting Sony Support and they will be able to assist you further.
