Can't find my blue tooth device after upgrade to windows 8.1

My model is svt1313s1es

Is there an email to the technicians or what can i do???

There is a section on Windows 8.1. and it would probably have been good to read this before updating so you could follow the upgrade process described there.

To answer your specific problem, there does not seem to be the required drivers available yet - Sony suggest they may be available by the end of the month.

thank you, well that I did.

And i can see in my device manager that the drivers are not working for bluetooth...were did you read that sony would fix the drivers, I can't find that info for my model? It would be nice to know that they know about the issue atleast.
