Does anyone have an email address for Sony UK Reader Store that works ?

I tried the one advertised;

cs.readerstore-uk@dr.sony.com

and keep getting emails returned "...too many hops.."

Well, I've used it but haven't had a reply from any source yay or no yet, but there is a 'phone number, Phone: +44 (0)844 241 7294 - or you could use the tabs at the head of site here and go to Support for your Sony device, select Reader, then contact the Reader support, see if you have any luck that way round ....

Well, I sent an email to the address given [ie the one you gave the link to, and it hasn't come back undeliverable - so it seems to be the right address.

Give it another whirl - or ring 'em.

It definitely works - had a reply from Sony over w/end.

Try sending from another email address ?

Thanks for the replies.

Just tried again and same result "...too many hops 27 ( 25 Max)...".

What I wanted to tell them was my annoyance with their Reader Store software download. Specifically the way it changes file associations without option, explanation or permission !

All I want is to occasionally download an eBook from their store, but the software also changed the file association for .acsm files from my copy of ADE to the Sony software, thus messing up my Library downloads !

Luckily I was able to change it back manually, but it is very annoying for Sony to do this, it shows a certain amount of arrogant disregard for their customers.

Mmmmm ..... not a fan of acsm, had a lot of problems with the things - but then I'm Mr. TechDunce I'm afraid.

However, regarding the mail, that's very odd, and if others can get it, it would seem the glitch must have something to do with your settings or somesuch ?

Don't ask me what though !

Anyone else had this occur ?
