    <description>&lt;P&gt;Only just picked this up - and, sorry, but no great help......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've no experience of the&amp;nbsp; 600 series/generation readers - love to say I'm too young, but sadly just didn't get into ereading 'till the 3/650's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, it's still going, which says summat for the build qualities !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But basically, if you download a digital version of a p-book, you get what the"formatter" has given you - the version he/she has produced, in other words.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So if they either can't produce the pictures, or don't feel they're important, you get none ! Some digital versions ( a lot of those from Gutenberg, for example,) are simply photographed copies of the original, page by page - so you get any pics that are in the original.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bit more complicated than that, but that's the gist.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, hope it doesn't spoil things too much.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have a PRS-600 reader,which is fine but when i download my e-books i dont seem to get any pictures that are in the hardback/paperback versions,as i read football books a lot i am missing out on the pics,the only pictures i get are the front cover,is this the norm on this e-reader or am i doing something wrong or,is it time to upgrade ?any suggestions welcome,thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
