PRS-T3 does not connect, Reader states disconnected

Hi,

When connecting the T3 to the PC (WIn XP) it states "Disconnected" under "Info".

Why is this?

Have you made all required “steps”?
-Connect PRS-T3 on PC:

-Tap on Yes (and at the first time wait drivers installation and install ReaderforPC software).

-Open ReaderforPC (if prompted authorize PC and PRS-T3 with your Adobe ID).

-On ReaderforPC info it must be something like this:

Adobe Digital Editions not compatible with Sony’s reader devices as PRS-T1/T2/T3.

Same problem with prs - t1. no connection
