Between ordering it on Friday and picking it up today, I borrowed some eBooks from the library and bought two books from the Waterstones website using Adobe Digital Editions. I found the original ACSM files in the Mac Finder and double-clicked on them. A prompt box came up to authorise connecting to the internet and when I clicked yes then the files transferred over to the Reader software.</P><P></P><P>When I went to sync the Library to the Reader, it prompted me to authorize the Reader.</P><P></P><P>It looks like this has sorted the problem, though I think the software could be more intuitive!
