    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wll, I may be wrong here, but I think 401 is an error relating to unauthorized access - in other words, your PC says you're not authorized to do what you're trying to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may be your router, or a block in your PC .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But someone more tech-minded on the PC side will hopefully weigh-in with a better explanation, and a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you rechecked to make quite sure you have done all the correct procedure to authorize etc .. ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Can't access e-store through reader device ?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently purchased sony e-reader PRS-T2. I have created my e-store account and can access it through my laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I tried to login in to reader e-store through reader device (connected to internet through wi-fi) it throws error 401. It says internal system error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any clue what is happening ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem with mine. In the end I re-registered with the reader store via the e-reader, using another email address and haven't had the problem since then. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
