I have encountered strange thing. I have sony hdr-hc7e. When connected to computer using firewire my computer have no problem to recognize cam and say I can use that to stream video to skype, msn but only in DV format or quality.... However if I set cam to second option (suppose to be higher quality) HD DV1080i I get messages that computer cant load video device. Is there any driver or setting that need to be changed? I would like to use it in higher quality that was main thing why I have bought that camera.
