New camera ideas

I am considering upgrading from my Sony compact camera to a full DSLR, however do not know where to start. I have a few lenses which originally were used with a Canon non digital camera. Telephoto, wide angle and macro which I would love to use again if possible.

any suggestions would be gratefully received. Remember I am a beginner so noting to complicated. Must have a viewfinder along side a screen.

Thank you for response, the lenses are sigma, however after checking them out, having not used them for a few years not sure if they are still usuable, the end that fixed to the camera seems cloudy. On the telephoto lense.
