Hi paddy

No I've found anything to fix. It's a weird one sometimes it can be consistent and other times I can play music for hours with no lvl 5 error.and I've also noticed that if I've got the party lights on and it happens then turn the lights off the lvl 5 error doesn't come back🤔 hope someone comes up with a fix for this issue

Hi can anyone please help with this issue I'm having. I was getting vol 4 message appearing on the display and when it appears the sound cuts out for a second. So I followed the steps to reset the speaker and now I get vol 5 appearing with the exact same issue no sound for a second. I can't find anything on how to fix this issue. Anyone else experiencing this, any help would be very much appreciated

Hi Wayne

I've being having the same issue, I started off with continuous Lvl 1 code showing up and muting the sound every time, after doing a system reset Lvl 1 error stopped but now I'm getting Lvl 5 error a lot more frequent and resetting system doesn't seem to work for this code. Very frustrating. User manual seem to show nothing about error codes and I can't find any help online. Did you get yours sorted after

Thanks

Paddy

Hi Wayne

I done a system reset a few times and it seem to be ok for now 🤞 I also make sure my phone volume is set at about mid way. I'm starting to think it's a safety feature to stop you blowing the speaker 🤷‍♂️
