      <description>&lt;P&gt;Gi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Sony headset wh-1000xm3 that I connect to my iPhone via Bluetooth.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Albeit is it connected easily to the phone, sometimes it makes a sound and it disconnects for few second and it reconnects automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;additonally when I push the bottom nc ambient, it says that it is unable to connect to the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can somebody help me ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did not have these problems at the beginning&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a factory reset of the headphones? Maybe also try them with other phones to see if the same happens&lt;/P&gt;</description>
