I have a Sony MHC-V41D audio system which I’ve had for a couple of years. I had my iPhone connected via Bluetooth but now I can’t connect any phone via Bluetooth. I’ve tried 2 different iPhone 12s and a Samsung. None of them see the audio system. Is it possible that the Bluetooth has packed up? The pairing light still flashes.

Hello @Truppster,

you need to activate the "pairing" mode - of the light flashes slowly, it is trying to connect to a previously paired device. To pair a new device, you will have to hold down the bluetooth button until the speaker tells you it is in pairing mode.
