      <title>Need to restart my HT-ZF9 to get sound back</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem with my HT-ZF9 soundbar. For a few weeks, I often need to restart it (unplug!) to get back sound from my 2 hdmi sources (Apple TV 4K and Nintendo Switch).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really don't understand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already tried to reset the soundbar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Here is my map:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Thomson 49UC6406 TV&amp;nbsp;connected to HT-ZF9's HDMI OUT, the&amp;nbsp;HDMI on TV is the ARC one&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Apple TV 4K connected to HDMI 1 IN&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Nintendo Switch connected to HDMI 2 IN&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;HDMI cables are HDMI 2.0 (bought on Amazon, ASIN is&amp;nbsp;B002U3161M)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I don't use&amp;nbsp;the soundbar as a Bluetooth receiver.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I have the subwoofer and the 2 rear wireless&amp;nbsp;satellites.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The "no sound" problem can occur on my Apple TV or Switch so I don't think the devices are responsible, the TV has the picture so I don't think it has a problem and the sound is just a HDMI device &amp;lt;-&amp;gt; soundbar deal.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The sound doesn't drop during a playback.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The situation can occur on a soft restart of the setup (TV, soundbar, ATV).&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;An HDMI switch between 1 and 2 doesn't work, a volume up/down doesn't work, a preset change (auto, movie, game, ...) doesn't work, a soft off/on of the soundbar doesn't work.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It needs to be replugged.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Note that the soundbar is able to produce sound if I launch&amp;nbsp;Spotify as a music service from the HT-ZF9 menu.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It seems related to HDMI.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Best regards.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
