WF 1000XM5 :TAP 3 TIMES - CONFUSION

Hello.I notice that when tap three times during playback i go to the beginning of the current song.For go to the beginning of the previous song, should clik first pause and then tap 3 times.Is that normal?If i remember correctly with my other earbuds WF1000XM4 (or SP800 , i have both of them) when tap 3 times during playback (without pause) directly i am going to the beginning of the previous track.So what it happens?Is there any issue or SONY make changes about how triple tap works on WF1000XM5?

I read the manual and the online help guide :https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2963/v1/en/contents/TP1000781367.html?search=previous%20track Both of them says :''Tap 3 times'' > ''To skip to the beginning of the previous track (or the current track during playback)''.When does one happen and when the other?As i told you,during playback when tap 3 times , begins from the start the current song , not the previous song....The information is unclear in the sony guides.When is skiping to the beggining of the previous track?

@vasilisnik Make sure that you tap the touch sensor 3 times quickly and leave about 0.3 seconds between taps. You also can reset the earbuds if it didn't work.

Τhank you for your responce.But with tap 3 times always start from the beginning the current trak.I am asking about to start the previous track

The official UK sony says that should tap 6 times for start the previous track
