NW-A306 Verify PIN options?

Hi all,

I've purchased a second hand NW-A306 from eBay and is locked.
What are my options now? Will Sony help me unlock it?

Android 12, and firmware 2.00.02/19

If you forget the method that you have set for unlocking the screen (PIN, password, pattern, etc.), you will not be able to unlock the screen yourself.
- Repair requires a fee.
- All data will be erased because the repair requires reformatting.

Hey, this will require to be done at the Sony authorized service centre

I tried to contact multiple service stores around London, no one answered to the phone.
As this walkman was purchased from eBay, I deduced to return it for a full refund.
