Headphone nearly caught fire when charging

My house could have burned down. The Sony charging cable has burnt right through whilst headphones charging on my bed. Tue house stunk of electrical burn. I know have a melted phone one side with charge cable burnt inside. What is Sony going to do about this.

Unfortunately nobody from Sony works on this forum so you'll have to contact them yourself.

You could try contacting Support on Monday.

Here are the details, I would try phoning them first.
