Just got this I can only find 20 or 30 fps the set up video I seen showed 50? How do i get 50 if in 30 will it record in 4k?

you mean 24 or 30fps?

Then your camera is in NTSC format - which means you won't get 50fps anywhere. As the power grid frequency in the UK is 50Hz, I would suggest to first switch to PAL, otherwise any artificial light with an AC power source will flicker.

Secondly - the camera can only record in 4K with 24, 25 or 30fps, not 50 or 60 no matter the setting.

So if you want 50fps, you have to film in HD.
