Camera does not work, when I turn on the application camera, the phone restarts, how to fix it ?

remove the SD card

then try this

settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything > restart your phone > try again and do NOT insert the SD card

the problem might be a faulty SD card

OK i did everything by the book but still the problem exists.

this issue was not there before updating my phone and the dots are in the upper right side in my phone.

it's pity i lost all my sms when i try to fix my phone, yet i think the problem was caused by the water since there is fog in the front camera i do not from where this water came.

any way will try to get some money to buy another mobile i am used to change my mobile every one and half year but this time i got fucked by sony not to mention the WIFI range issue it's been approved after the update but still it's not something you expect from SONY.

Make Belief in HTC One.

you shouldn't have lost your sms/mms if you followed my suggestions, as far as water damage, open the flaps and check for the water damage indicators, if they are pink or red then thats were water got in.

the water came from the usb for the charger it's red hmm this is new for me:smileycool:.

the sms i lost it cause i did not talk to you before i backup my contact the most important thing for me the rest thing not that important any way i have big red in the indicator do you think the dots related to it if not please tell me what to do shell i take my phone to SONY or not.

oh ok, so your issue its hardware not software related. you can take your phone to a Sony repair center and request a vacuum test, perhaps you have a faulty flap, if so well your warranty should be ok if not well ...
