Z5 insurance Replacement

I'm about to send my Z5 off for a screen repair. It's a small hairline crack but has rendered the screen unresponsive.

If they cannot repair the phone and offer a replacement what is the nearest alternative I could expect, given that the Z5 is no longer available?

Hi @paulyb, welcome to our forum!

Depending on what devices are available, it will most likely be something along the lines with Xperia X, or Xperia X Performance as they are the device that was released the year after the Xperia Z5.

If they aren't available either, next in line would be the Xperia XZ/Xperia XZs and so on.
