Problem after the last update

Hi guys, I need help, because after doing the update released for the Xperia ZL this tuesday, I realized that my phone is very slow and freezing the keyboard when typing, this had never happened before the update, my phone was perfect with no freezing. I am very careful with the apps I install, and they always come from GooglePlay.

Please help me to come back as it was before.

My cell phone: Xperia ZQ (ZL Version in Brasil) Android 4.2.2 Version: 10.3.1.A.2.67
