Xperia 10 v notification and phone voice delay

I have an issue with phone calls on my XPERIA 10 V. When someone phone me, the phone is ringing, but the call screen doesn’t appear instantly, just after a few seconds. And while I accept a call, the sound of the call delays too. (not only the phone notification delays, but this is the most irritating) How can I solve this problem?

You can try clearing the caches for the phone app.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried to clearing the caches for the phone app but the problem didn’t solved. I also try other phone apps, restart the phone, change SIM card (physical and eSIM).

Hi @Anonymous. Thanks for your reply. My computer doesn’t support Xperia companion app (it’s a very old Windows 7 PC) so i can’t do a software repair. And my phone is less than a half year old, do you really think that the hard reset software repair is the only way to solve the problem?

@Geza003, it should resolve the problem yes, you need to try it first anyway too before seeking support from the support team. You can try to use a friend's PC or laptop as an alternative.
