When attempting to dial a number the dialler app would freeze causing the phone to cause a restart.</P><P>I have tried the following:</P><UL><LI>Restarting in safe mode</LI><LI>Updating the software in Xperia companion</LI><LI>Performing a factory reset (including reseting without using my Google log in so that none of the apps would be transferred over)</LI><LI>Doing a factory reset without logging into the wifi network so that no updates were downloaded</LI></UL><P>I am well and truly stuck.
