When my phone is switched on it does not work but when I switch it off the red light on my phone comes on to tell me it is on charge. It worked fine a couple of days ago but now nothing. My PC is not the issue here as all the USB ports work fine as I have tried to put in a USB stick in the same port I plugged in the USB cable. Does or has anybody had the same problem &amp; if so do you know how to solve it.
