Just bought. I opened three times with password. Then.. I can t open again. I think the only way would be to make a hard reset using butons but impossible to find the correct process. Companion and google method impossible.

Hold power button, then press and hold on power off and then tap ok, that should restart you in safe mode, then do a factory reset from settings.

Hi @AndyTH, welcome to our forum!

We do not have any key combination to perform a reset of the device, only to force a restart/shutdown, but this does not impact the data on the device.

If you can't remember the screen lock on your device, you can reset your device using Xperia Companion by performing a software repair.

Before you start with the repair, turn the device off and do not plug it in to your computer > Start Xperia Companion > tap "Software repair" and check the little box in the bottom left corner where it says "My device can't be powered on or is a Smartwatch 3" > proceed with the on-screen instructions.
