Screens becomes black after waking up the device using finger print sensor. Only the back and home button will be visible. Tapping on these buttons will not make any impact.

Restart is required once the issue occurs. And the issue occured 4-5 times in thes last 3-4 days.

Any possible solution for the same?

does this happen when you are on safe mode?

try to peform a software repair using Xperia Companion if if does occur on safe mode
