Alarm does not wake

~~Venho passando por problemas em ralação ao alarme programado no meu aparelho XZ2., ele não desperta, mesmo estando com todos os volumes no máximo.~~

~~Ele só emite um pulso de vibração, mas não troca a melodia.~~

Good evening..

I've been experiencing problems regarding the alarm programmed in my XZ2 device, it doesn't wake up, even with all the volumes at maximum.

It only emits a vibrating pulse, but does not change the melody.

Could you help me with this topic?

Hi,

I cannot tell you exactly where to start but you might have a look at settings and search for notifications. See if they'ren not set to silent.

Then there is sound, it might be set to off or no sound.

Another thing is do not disturb, take your time to study this page.

You might als consider that there is a self-installed app that is interfering, this seems not likely.

You can test that by restarting in safe mode where only system apps are started.
