Factory reset time for Xperia X Compact

Hello,

my Xperia Compact screen is broken and I try to reset the phone via the Companion software.

After the download session the companion software stops with this error message:

UEInstallation
WaitExit 102
2.4.3.0 / Windows 10 Home 64 bit / Win32 / DE / /

The smartphone is fully loaded.

A tip:

Keep your machine clean.

Don't restore everything, just the most necessary apps.
