      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both problems I don't really understand what's the matter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A standard test method is to see if the unwanted behaviour persists in safe mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is better in safe mode then an app is interfering.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other thing to try is: settings-tap magnifying glass-type 'reset'- find reset network settings and reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tell us please if there is a thing that helped you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
