topic No sound alert from MyXperia when the phone is in DND mode in XZ Series

It is meaningless while we use the Sound Alert function to remind us where we put because while the phone is silent it won't sound. Please update it and make it neglect current volume and make it to maximum sound. Thanks.

However, using Google Android Device Manager does not have this problem.

Hi @Ryan96,

I was able to replicate this on 2 different Xperia XZ devices that I tested it on.

Android device manager overrides the do not disturb mode and MyXperia does not do that.

I understand that this is a very useful feature to have, so I will forward this as user feedback and I thank you for telling us about it!

Have a nice weekend!
