Sony Xperia XZ phone calls sound bad

Sony Mobiles are very increadlbe and there all latest Smart Phones to, well I onwed Sony Xperia z5 Premium and XZ Mobiles last year 2016 and both are Good , and only Problem with Sony Xperia XZ , The Issues is the phone calls sounds very bad and
i set the voloume very high but when i talk with someone the sound one is very low and when i check the sound setting adjectments everything is ok but still im not able to hear the sounds when others talk??

So i need Good Soloution 4m U Guy So ASAP:-)

do you experience this while you are on safe mode? long press on the power off option.

sound perception is very subjective, try to go to your local service center and compare with an identical device to see if there is indeed a difference. if there is then you can have your device repaired. http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/
