XA2 Ultra frozen

Hi, my XA2 Ultra froze. Pressing volume and on/off makes it vibrate one or three times, but screen stays black.

I had a continuous orange LED showing, which, when pressing buttons became green flashing once every ten seconds.

Did another forced switch off, and switch on and now the led shows blue. Can't find anywhere it tells me what the different colours mean. The phone just won't switch on.

did another volume &on/ff , three vibrations, LED now orange, still won't work.

When you press and hold on both of the buttons until the phone vibrates 3 times, that's force shutdown

The force restart is either pressing on both button until the device vibrates once, or you can try the 2 minutes force restart, which you hold both buttons for 2 minutes disregarding the count of vibrations
