My phone camera and tourch do not work

Hi, my xa2 ultra set, now do not operated with camera and tourch. After even, software repair connected to pc, reset phone several time or even open in safe mode.. 😑

Pls. Help to solve this matter.

Im fed up of this phone now. It worked nicely for about one and half years. In my country there is no proper dealer for Sony mobile. Although it was i went for this brand, because normally "Sony" had agood name..

Resetting, software reparing, safe mode restarting did not worked.. 😥

I faced the same issue, still facing that, no solution yet.
