Hi @Papadou, let me see if I can help out here.

Have you recently bought your XA1 Plus? You might experience that if you have bought an Xperia device that is not completely new (XA1-series was released early 2017), there may be a few software updates available. You can either install them one by one, and restart your device after every update, or you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion and your device will get the latest update at once.

Keep in mind though that if you opt for the software repair this will erase all user data, so it is advised to do a backup before the repair if you have any contacts, images, messages etc. that you do not want to be lost in the repair process.
