If there wasn't, go to Settings &amp;gt; Support &amp;gt; Xperia tests &amp;gt; Ear proximity, how does the sensor work in the test?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keep me posted!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/672137"&gt;@Alias45679&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not quite sure that I understand exactly what you mean, would it be possible for you to elaborate a bit?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does the screen turn off as soon as you answer a call and it does not stay on until you put the device at your ear like it should?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that is the case, make sure that nothing is covering the sensor, for example a screen protector, or that there is any dirt or moisture on it.
