How can we backup our contacts to sonyericsson or gmail?

Backup to Gmail

1. Setup a Gmail account with the default Gmail application.

2. Go to contacts and click menu button.

3. Tap on accounts and tap on your Gmail account

4. On the resulting menu you can set what all details have to be synchronized with Gmail.

Sony Ericsson Sync

1. Launch the application Sync on your phone

2. Follow on screen instructions

3. Go to contacts and follow the previous steps in case of Gmail.
